I began working at Nativity School in September of 1992.   I cannot believe so much time has passed since I started at Nativity.   My early years at Nativity School were in the Extended Care Program and Summer Program.   In January of 1999, after completing my credential, I began teaching 5 th Grade.   I taught Fifth Grade for two more years and then moved up to the Sixth Grade where I have been teaching for the last four years. I am also the Student Council Moderator at Nativity School.

I have lived in Redwood City area all my life I went to Elementary School at St. Pius in Redwood City and La Entrada School in Menlo Park. I then moved on to St. Francis High School in Mountain View.   I received a B.A. in Liberal Studies from San Francisco State in 1997 and also received my credential from San Francisco State in 1999.  In December 2005 I graduated from Notre Dame de Namur University, Belmont with a Masters in Educational Technology.

In my free time I like spending time with my two dogs Bailey, a golden retriever, and Heidi, a bernese mountain dog, and my cat Cheezit.   I also enjoy reading, being outdoors, and spending time with my family and friends.
