WELCOME TO THE EIGHTH GRADE

Dear 8th Grade Parents,

I am very excited to have the opportunity to be teaching your children this year, and I look forward to getting to know you, as well.

It’s such a special time in your child’s life. They will be ending one journey and preparing for another in high school. I will be teaching Religion, Literature, Spelling, as well as being an additional resource for high school information.

This year I am stressing the importance of Leadership. They have a great deal of influence on the other grades and have a responsibility to set the tone at Nativity. Moreover, Leadership traits of Honesty, Responsibility, Integrity, and Determination, will serve them well throughout their lives. Please refer to the Syllabus for more specific expectations and policies.
