This summer you will read three books from the above list.

  1. The book with **, requires you to read the book and then watch the movie.  Please download and fill out the following form. (Reading Log)
  2. The book with * is the required reading book. 
  3. Please read 1 additonal book of your choice.
  4. For the required book and the book of your choice, please dowload and fill out the reading form. (Form)

  5. Once you are done with the reading log and form, you can either bring them in to school at the begining of the year. Please make sure to indicate in the subject line "Summer Reading Forms"

  6. If you submit the forms electronically have your parents write a short note indicating that you did the reading and email it along with the forms.
