| 1. GRADE 6 OUTDOOR EDUCATION: Miss Olcese called to let us know that the 6th graders arrived safely at Walden West in Saratoga for their week of Outdoor Education. They will return Friday at approximately 12:30 p.m. |
| 2. SCHOOL DIRECTORY: Enclosed is
our school directory. Please note the directory may not be used
for business, nor may anyone else use it for business solicitation
purposes. This year's directory includes an alphabetical listing
by family section at the beginning. |
| 3. KEPLER'S BOOK FAIR: It
is
exciting to have Kepler's here in our library the week of October
27-30. There will also be an adult book club talk on October 29th
at 8:15 a.m. Please read the enclosed flyer carefully.
There is a lot of important info and helpers are needed. |
| 4. CALENDAR REMINDER: There will be No School, No Extended Care on Monday, October 12th. |
| 5. SMILE SAFE: Enclosed are complimentary "Smile Safe" cards from the Lifetouch photographers. The cards for Grade 2 will arrive within 1-2 weeks. |
| 6. PUMPKIN PATCH: Next Friday, October 16, is Pumpkin Patch Day at Nativity School. See enclosed flyer. |
| 7. HIGH SCHOOL OPEN HOUSES: This
is a reminder to 7th and 8th grade parents to please visit Mr. Hickam's
classroom page on our school website, www.nativityschool.com, for high
school Open House dates. |
| 8. FATHER-DAUGHTER DANCE: Father-Daughter
dance tickets are now on sale. Be part of this great tradition at
Nativity School! The dance will be on Friday, October 16th, from
6:30-8:30 p.m. in the Sobrato Pavilion. Great music and dance
contests with prizes! Dessert, fruit, and other refreshments will
be served. |
| 9. LIBRARY: Helpers are needed
for our library to check in the children's books on Tuesday morning
starting October 13. If you have questions or can sign up, please
