TOTAL PLEDGES

First
of all, ALL money is due by Tuesday, May 4th! Remember:
To Be Eligible For Prizes, Money Must Be Turned In On May 4, 2010!
1. Your child’s sponsor sheet
has the total number of laps done at the Lap-A-Thon last Friday. If you have any pledges per lap you will
receive this sponsor sheet back so you can collect your total donations.
- Multiply the pledge per lap by the total laps completed to get the total donation for that sponsor. Please do this for each pledge per lap sponsor.
Example: Aunt
Martha sponsored $2 per lap. Your child
did 20 laps.
Aunt Martha owes $40. ($2 x 20 laps = $40 total)
- Once you have
calculated the total donation for each sponsor, add all of the donations
together. This is the amount
that is due. If you have
already turned in some of the money, only turn in the amount you still
owe.
Example:
If you have $200 total due once everything has been
calculated, but you have already turned in $75, you only need to turn in $125
now. ($200 - $75 = $125)
