Lap-A-Thon

Dear Student:

 

We hope you are motivated to participate in the 2010 Nativity Lap-A-Thon!  It will be a fun way to raise money for our Athletic Program and get fresh air and exercise! 

 

 

HERE ARE THE RULES:

 

  1. All classes (K-8) will be participating.
  2. For parent approval, please have parent sign the Sponsor Sheet.
  3. Be courteous when asking for sponsors.  Sponsors may commit to donations  (pledges) per lap, or a flat fee donation.  DO NOT CONTACT STRANGERS! Sponsors may include: PARENTS, GRANDPARENTS, AUNTS, UNCLES, FRIENDS, AND NEIGHBORS.
  4. Explain that the purpose of the Lap-A-Thon is to raise money for our Athletic Program.
  5. Turn in sponsor sheet with flat fee pledge checks by Tuesday, April 20 prior to the Lap-A-Thon to show class participation.  Sponsor sheets will be returned to the students after the Lap-A-Thon so they may collect the per lap money pledge by donors.
  6. Collect the money, following the Lap-A-Thon and return money & Sponsor Sheet by May 4, 2010.  (Remember there are 100% class participation prizes!)
  7. Prizes will be awarded Friday, May 7.

 

 

 

 

Lap-A-Thon Class Start Times on April 23, 2010

 

9:00-10:00AM- Grades 6,7,8 do their laps

10:30-11:30AM-Grades 3,4,5 do their laps

1:15-1:45 PM-Grades K, 1, 2 do their laps

    I will be participating in a Lap-A-Thon on April 23, 2010.  It is a fundraiser for Nativity School’s Athletic Program.  I will need to return the Sponsor Sheet to the school by April 20, 2010.  I will be collecting money from my sponsors between April 23 and May 4, 2010.
