NATIVITY CARNIVAL 2010

CARNIVAL BOOTH SIGN-UPS

 

Parish families are needed to help at the annual Nativity Carnival.  We need volunteers to work at the many Nativity Game Booths and Set-up days.

 

 

Game booths:

Baseball Throw, Basketball Throw,  

Cherry Bells,

 Duck Pond, Pan Games, Spin Art Wheel,

Prize Redemption Booth, Game Ticket booth,

Raffle, Ice Cream Booth, Silent Auction, and more.

 

If you would like to help us, please select the day, time, and booth you would like to work, then print your name and booth selection on the back of this form, on the line next to the time & day that you have chosen.  We will try our best to accommodate your requested booth assignment, but we may need to select another booth if full.

 

·        Please note:  Pan Game volunteers must be 18 years of age or older.
